Izzie and Eden are two cousins born six months a part. These journal entries are true to their original entries back in the 1980′s. Izzie and Eden were separated into foster care when they were seven years old. The girls kept a locked journal and sent it back and forth while they were separated. Two keys lay on their chests with their seashell necklaces, keeping the secrets to themselves.  The girls used the journal to keep in touch and to devise plans on how to escape.
